This completely free service allows you to obtain a market valuation of your property at the time of your request. This valuation takes into account several averages which are then weighted by the specificities of your property; indeed, each object is unique, so that two apartments of identical surface, in the same residence, can have different values.
If you want to put up for sale a few months later, it will be necessary to make a new valuation because a price sometimes varies rapidly upwards or downwards.

Following the valuation, we can conclude a sales mandate which will give us the right to offer your property to potential buyers. They can be part of our existing clientele or contact us following our announcements on the internet.
The photos necessary for these announcements are taken in high definition, and possibly edited to maximize the visibility and attractiveness of your property. We also offer to depersonalize the photos so that future buyers can more easily imagine their daily life in your space.

The mandate guarantees you the support of the costs of research and selection of potential buyers, the organization of visits (signature of visit vouchers and report to the seller), the drafting of the sales agreement and the constitution of the file for the notary; in addition, it allows us to assert our professional liability insurance if necessary. This insurance is compulsory.

Our commission is generally 3% excluding VAT of the amount of the sale, payable by the seller.

This personalized advice service allows you to be accompanied during the visits to the properties that interest you, and which are not offered by our agency. This service is offered from € 120 excl. Tax / visit.

Rental

If you are a lessor, we can conclude a rental mandate and find a lessee. We take care of the search and selection of candidates, the drafting of the lease contract, and the establishment of the entry and exit inventory.
Our commission is entirely the responsibility of the tenant.

You can also subscribe to the rental management option (7% excluding tax of the monthly rent), in which case we ensure, on your behalf, the full monitoring of the rental contract.
